‘Luminary Reflection’ commission for Ulysses Centenary 2022 in Dublin, paris and budapest

Ed was recently commissioned along with several other Irish composers and film makers to create a new work marking the centenary of the publication of Ulysses by James Joyce. He collaborated with the film-maker Laura Sheeran to create ‘Luminary Reflection’ a short music, film and spoken word piece which was made possible with assistance from the Irish Contemporary Music Centre and the Irish Cultural Centre in Paris. The work features Ed’s father Thomas Bennett narrating and was premiered at the Irish Film Institute in Dublin before being toured to Paris, Budapest and other parts of Ireland.
